How do I find a part?

You can find a part by using the Search function on the homepage, or the Search Page. Enter the full or partial Part Number and/or Manufacturer name. 

How do I find a repair price?

You can find the flat rate repair price for each part on its individual page. Each of our Repair Rates are shown with and without a rush fee. 

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include freight, taxes, or duties. Prices are subject to change. Prices are "flat rate" based on complete refurbishment.
Flat rate prices may not apply to items that have been subjected to catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure (such as corrosion, heat/burn, and water damage), "cannibalization" of parts, missing parts, or other extreme failure modes.

How do I order a repair?

To order a repair, simply select your part and add it to your cart. Follow the instructions and complete the checkout process. When checkout is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on where to ship your part. With several repair shops throughout the United States, it is important that you ship your part to the address listed in the email - not the American Industrial Repair Corporate Office address. Be sure to include your order number in the address per the emailed instructions. 

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and cash. We do not accept Net 30 Terms at this time. 

What if I can't find a repair price listed on the site for my item?

If you cannot find your item and would like a quote, please contact us using our quote form. Sometimes we can provide a quick quote, other times the part must be shipped to us for evaluation. If your item needs to be shipped for evaluation, please provide any manuals and let us know the mode of failure. 

What Rush Services are available?

Rush Services are available for a $200 fee per unit. This moves your part to the head of the queue. This usually cuts turnaround time in half, and we make every effort to complete your repair as quickly as possible. However, we make no guarantees regarding turnaround time. 

How do I claim a warranty?

American Industrial Repair warrants its repairs to be free from defective workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment.

To return an item for warranty consideration, contact us and we will process the warranty claim for you.

Once you receive your warranty number, write the number and the word 'WARRANTY' on your packing slip, identifying the item as a warranty claim. We will evaluate the item for warranty consideration upon receipt.

American Industrial Repair's warranty is void if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, "cannibalization" of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage or handling by the Customer, degradation due to normal usage, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the identification sticker has been removed or altered in any manner.

Limited Liability: American Industrial Repair's sole obligation for warranted units is American Industrial Repair's option to return the fees paid or repair/replace any defective Products, and in no event shall American Industrial Repair be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of, any repair services or remanufactured goods of American Industrial Repair.
